From time to time things break! Don’t worry, our support team are here to assist.

The UDC support department have the tools to help diagnose and repair many of the parts included in our machines, and if we are unable to repair we can supply a replacement to keep your games earning.

Please let us know the origin of the machine/part and the best person to contact.

This information can be found on the white UDC sticker on the back of the machine or small white stickers on internal parts.
Where should the machine/part be returned? Please let us know if you will collect it.

Please include the name, manufacturer, and serial number of the machine.

Please note, we may not be able to repair machines or parts not originally supplied by UDC. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Faults

Please explain what’s wrong with the machine or part mentioned below.
Please list all the parts packed into the box. Ensure you package them as securely as possible to prevent any additional damage.

If you are sending small parts, such as USBs or memory chips, please place them in a bag and tape them to a larger item.
If you need board repairs, it might be more advantageous to process them as an advance replacement. For assistance with this, please contact spares@udc.co.uk.
